Refunds Policy

Refunds will only be offered in case of customer purchase error or unavailable stock.

Before 48 hours:

Refunds must be asked via email to [email protected] in order to be processed and must be received at least 48 hours after purchase. Refunds will be give as 100% money back within 10 business days.

After 48 hours:

Refunds will be processed on a per case basis and the type of refund to be given will be determined by Intl - Either Money-back, Compensatory Merchandise or Store Credit (Gift Card).

Please be advised that once an order has been shipped, a refund cannot be processed until the item has been returned to us. See our Shipping Policy.
